About Babka Beach

Babka Beach is a cottage business that emerged from my deep love for two things: babka, and the beaches on the Long Island Sound, and with Babka Beach, I combine both! Being gluten-free doesn’t necessitate sacrificing our favorite desserts, so I’ve developed babka and worked with different flours and ingredients to bring back those tastes and textures we miss that feel so joyful to our tastebuds.

Babka Beach uses compostable and recyclable packaging and supplies to try and give back at least a little to the environment around us. Just one positive action here can create a positive reaction somewhere else. It's a pleasure doing good for the earth, the sea, and our hankering appetites that crave something delicious.
